This cat/kitten is purchased for pet purposes and must be spayed or neutered between the ages of 6 and 8 months. As all male kittens' testicles descend at different rates, any and all costs pertaining to neutering are the pet buyer's responsibility, including conditions when additional surgery is required due to testicles not dropping.

CFA Registration papers will be provided after the breeder receives a spay/neuter certificate from the kitten's veterinarian. THIS CAT CANNOT BE USED FOR BREEDING PURPOSES. Any offspring produced by this kitten becomes property of Lynzkatz Cattery. 
 
Adequate indoor facilities must be provided and the kitten may not be allowed to roam outdoors. If the cat has to leave the house for any reason (e.g. the veterinarian), it must be transported in a carrier. 

If the purchaser is unable to keep the cat for any reason, Lynzkatz cattery will have first right of refusal. There shall be no monetary compensation for returned cats. This cat must never be placed in a humane society or sold in a pet shop.

This cat is healthy and current on all vaccinations, unless the buyer is told otherwise. All follow-up vaccinations and ANY and ALL other veterinary health care treatments or expenses are the responsibility of the buyer, including the cost of spay or neuter. This cat is guaranteed to come from a feline leukemia/AIDS negative cattery. 

This cat is guaranteed for 6 months against terminal genetic defects. If genetic defects are proven, the breeder will give purchaser a replacement cat or kitten when one becomes available. Monetary refunds are not given. If the cat/kitten is returned for reasons other than genetic health, the BUYER understands that a $300.00 deposit WILL NOT be refunded.
